1. Introduction

Build Beyond Ltd, trading as ClientSpring ("we," "us," or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services at clientspring.ai.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, used, or made available through our website or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedure outlined below to submit a notification.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorised agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that material hosted on or accessible through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list.

Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL or specific page reference).

Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at:

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification or an agent of such person.

Please send your counter-notification to the same designated agent listed above.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the party who filed the original takedown notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Good Faith

We handle all DMCA notices and counter-notifications in good faith. We are not in a position to adjudicate copyright disputes between third parties and will act in accordance with the procedures set out in the DMCA. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, we recommend seeking legal advice before submitting a notification.
